Description & Requirements
GeoStructures has immediate openings for energetic, highly-motivated project geotechnical engineers. Candidates should have experience in subsurface investigations, including test boring and test pit supervision, foundation and retaining wall analysis and design, pavement design, ground improvement, soil laboratory testing, and environmental geotechniques. Familiarity with the Finite Element Method (FEM) and soil-structure interaction is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required; Master’s degree in Geotechnical or Structural Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities
- Conduct subsurface investigations, including supervising test boring and test pit operations.
- Perform foundation and retaining wall analysis and design.

- Utilize Finite Element Method (FEM) and understand soil-structure interaction.
