Project Overview
Recently, GeoStructures provided the School District of Philadelphia special inspections and material testing services for various projects systemwide, including a geotechnical investigation for Northeast High School, inspection and testing for Mayfair Elementary School, McCall Elementary School, Ben Franklin High School, and major upgrades to Murrell Dobbins CTE High School. The construction inspection and testing performed by GeoStructures included earthwork and fill compaction, footings, cast-in-place concrete, unit masonry assemblies, structural steel (including nondestructive testing), slab flatness, fireproofing, and asphalt pavement.
